Apostle Levon Smalls is the son of the late Henry & Louise Smalls, Sr. He has six brothers and three sisters. He is married to Henrietta Dianna and they have three children and six grandchildren.

 

A 1970 graduate of Laing High School, Apostle Smalls enlisted in the United States Marine Corps. He served for three years and was honorably discharged.

 

Apostle Smalls came to know the Lord as a teenager, but was truly changed when he was baptized with the Holy Spirit in 1976. Since then he has continued on in the faith and has moved from glory to glory. He was licensed to preach in 1978 and ordained in 1980. Apostle Smalls founded Christ Temple and began to pastor in 1982. He was ordained as bishop in 1999 and was affirmed as an apostle in 2010.

 

Following the command “study to show yourself approved”, Apostle Smalls took classes at several biblical colleges and received a Bachelor of Theology degree from International Seminary in 1994. More importantly, he spends time with the Lord in prayer and meditating on the Word. It is here that he receives the revelations that come only when one hears the voice of God through the Holy Spirit.

Apostle Smalls is the founder and chief apostle of Christ Temple A Kingdom Church and the chief apostle of several churches in the Charleston area and one in North Carolina. Commanded by God to reach the Walterboro area, Christ Temple South was established in September 2012.

 

Apostle Smalls walks soundly in the apostolic anointing. He is fulfilling his mandate from God to bring apostolic reformation to the Church. He preaches the uncompromising Word of God with power and authority, because his desire is to bring everyone into alignment with the will of God.

 

Pastor Kenneth D. Grizzard, was born April 17, 1982. He is a native of Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. He is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University, where he earned his Bachelor of Science degree. He preached his initial sermon in the fall of 2001, at Trinity Missionary Baptist Church under the leadership of Dr. David E. Brooks Sr., Pastor. Pastor Grizzard was united in holy matrimony to his soulmate Lady Charece Dion in October 2015.

 

Pastor Grizzard preaches a message of Apostolic reformation, restoration, and revelation. His passion is to see the church universal fully restored to the Image and power of Christ Jesus. He is Currently Pastor of Christ Temple A Kingdom Church, under the leadership of Apostle Levon Smalls, Founder. One of His favorite scriptures is Proverbs 25:2 “It is the Glory of God to conceal a thing: but the honor of kings is to search out a matter.”
